Samantha DeRose is an award-winning publicist and the co-founder and president of Liminal Public Relations & Communications. She is known for transforming under-recognized brands into market leaders through integrated campaigns that blend earned media, thought leadership, content strategy and executive communications.
 
After nearly a decade leading campaigns across sustainability, tech, social impact, the built environment and everything in between, she noticed a common challenge: great stories were going untold.

​DeRose works with brands to uncover what makes them meaningful and turn it into messaging that resonates with audiences both internally and externally. Her approach combines media relations, executive thought leadership, digital storytelling and strategic messaging to deliver campaigns that increase visibility, strengthen market positioning and drive measurable results.

She specializes in brand strategy and positioning, helping organizations clarify who they are, why they matter and how to communicate it clearly across initiatives. She partners with executives to translate their expertise into bylined articles, LinkedIn content, speaking opportunities and media placements that build credibility and authority. She also develops award strategies, positioning standout work and leaders for industry recognition and project honors, and ensures events make a lasting impact through strategic messaging, speaker prep, talking points and follow-up content.

Previously, DeRose was the vice president of a boutique PR firm in Scottsdale, where she managed national and regional campaigns, mentored staff, and helped secure some of the agency’s most high-profile wins in media and industry recognition. She also worked as
the fashion editor for Trends Magazine in Scottsdale, where her column, “Samantha’s Favorite Finds,” appeared in every issue. In addition, she curated the magazine’s digital newsletter, Trends Chatter, reaching thousands of engaged readers each month.

DeRose earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication, with a minor in Public Relations and Strategic Communications, from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business.

Robin Graber is a results-driven public relations strategist and co-founder of Liminal Public Relations & Communications, a Phoenix-based PR agency specializing in high-impact communications for the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC), commercial real estate (CRE), manufacturing, nonprofit, and professional services sectors. She is known for transforming under-recognized brands and projects into market leaders through integrated campaigns that combine earned media, thought leadership, award strategy, and executive communications.

Robin's client-focused approach is evident in her work. She helps companies elevate brand awareness, secure national and trade media coverage and build reputations that drive ROI. Her expertise encompasses crafting award-winning submissions, leading executive visibility programs, developing thought leadership content and crafting strategic brand narratives that resonate with key audiences, from investors to industry decision-makers.

With deep experience in earned media strategy, brand positioning and content marketing, Robin has successfully supported global manufacturers, real estate developers, cultural institutions such as The Phoenix Symphony and Phoenix Art Museum, as well as innovative healthcare and nonprofit organizations.

Before launching Liminal, Robin served as PR Director at one of Phoenix’s top-ranked agencies, where she led campaigns that consistently delivered meaningful outcomes. During that time, she secured over 600 media placements and more than 50 bylines for her AEC accounts in leading outlets, including Architectural Record, Glass Magazine, Metal Construction News, Building Enclosure, and ArchDaily. 

On the nonprofit side, she secured over 70 interviews and features, 50 event placements, and 10 major awards in virtually every Phoenix metro publication as well as top business and philanthropic media, including the Phoenix Business Journal, AZ Big Media, and Frontdoors Media, thereby strengthening community engagement and donor confidence while elevating executive visibility.

Robin is recognized for her ability to transform complex ideas into compelling narratives that shape public perception and drive business outcomes. Whether launching a new development, managing crisis communications or positioning a firm as a market leader, she combines sharp editorial instincts with a deep understanding of what moves audiences and decision-makers.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with minors in Economics and International Relations, providing her with a global perspective and analytical mindset that strengthens every campaign.
